Good opportunity to give place to a knot.
\nA knot? Yes, a knot.<\/p>\n

Shortly someone mentioned me a booklet by R.D. Laing.<\/p>\n

It’s from the seventies and I have missed it then.
\n(I always came a few years late, was my feeling during that time).<\/p>\n

The booklet contains in a\u00a0abstracted form all kinds of thought patterns.<\/p>\n

The second one of the first chapter struck me. This is the summary of my protestant upbringing with all the hidden traps that it contained.
\nI’m in awe.<\/p>\n

In his foreword Laing hopes that we will be able to see the final formal elegance in these webs of maya. :-), the guy has a good sense of humor too.<\/p>\n

Here is ‘my’ knot:<\/p>\n

They are not having fun.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I can\u2019t have fun if they don\u2019t.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If I get them to have fun, then I can have fun with them.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Getting them to have fun, is not fun. It is hard work.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I might get fun out of finding out why they\u2019re not.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I\u2019m not supposed to get fun out of working out why<\/strong><\/p>\n

they\u2019re not.<\/strong><\/p>\n

But there is even some fun in pretending to them I\u2019m not<\/strong><\/p>\n

having fun finding out why they \u2019re not.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A little girl comes along and says: let\u2019s have fun.<\/strong><\/p>\n

But having fun is a waste of time, because it doesn\u2019t<\/strong><\/p>\n

help to figure out why they\u2019re\u00a0not<\/i>\u00a0having fun.<\/strong><\/p>\n

How dare you have fun when Christ died on the Cross<\/strong><\/p>\n

for you! Was He having fun?<\/strong><\/p>\n
