Decided to give the program a go from the very start: Alarm clock at 5.30, morning tea at 5.40.
\nFrom 6.30 till 7.30 I just had my first yoga lesson in decades. There was this amazingly tall and round and for sure blond young lady with the radiance of a gym trainer that already had started the lesson when I came to the yoga hall 5 minutes before time. Well, the lesson was nice, my stiffnes well expected and still a bit shocking.
\nThe lady was as they\/we are these days in satsang circles: give it a try, do your best, don’t force yourself, it is fine, no matter what.
\nAt a point I saw in a flash how easy this can end in what happened in Germany last century: this whole strongly competitive naturist\/yogi\/sports youth movement that got infected by fear and an easy prey for Hitler.
